How to view your Elemental Rewards wallet:
Step 1
a. Click here or scan the QR code to pull up your new Elemental Wallet
b. Log in to view your Rewards balance and progress towards enhanced tiers.
c. Add our new Elemental App to your phone for easy Reward access and to place online orders directly within the App!
Step 2
a. Download the new Elemental App for iPhone and Android.
b. To connect your wallet to your existing account, use the emails or phone number that you use on your website to place an online order and your accounts will be connected automatically.
c. Create and save your password.
d. You’re good to go! Use your Elemental Rewards points towards any qualifying in-store or delivery purchase and SAVE!

a. Now that you’re all logged in, the on-screen instructions to add the app to your home screen should pop up once again.
b. Follow these instructions to add the app to your home screen for easy access to your rewards and deals!

Elemental loyalty points are earned for a variety of actions, including shopping, participating in Elemental events, and more!
You earn loyalty points for every order with Elemental – whether you shop in-store, or online for pick-up, or delivery. Loyalty Points unlock tiers of reward discounts, which you will be able to use on any purchase either in-store or delivery.
Yes! When you are checking out at ElementalWellnessCenter.com, you will see an option to use your Elemental Loyalty Points if you have earned a discount. When logged into your account at checkout, simply press “Use store rewards” and choose which reward to redeem! Need help? Give us a call at 408-433-3344! We can walk you through it.
Your loyalty point status can take up to 24 hours to update after placing an order. If you are still missing loyalty points after 24 hours, please contact us at 408-433-3344.
Your Elemental loyalty points expire 365 days from your last purchase at Elemental. Elemental miles have no monetary value and terms of the program are subject to change without notice.
We’d hate to see you leave, but yes. You can opt-out through SMS message, the unsubscribe link in our emails, as well as request to be opted out through any Elemental team member. Just a reminder, once opting out, you will no longer earn Elemental loyalty points until you sign back up.
