How to Pre-order

Want to avoid waiting in line? Elemental Wellness invites you to choose your medicine from the privacy of your own home with our Pre-Order option. With just a few clicks you can have your medicine packaged and waiting for you at our Express Counter or have it delivered to your home! Here’s how it works: When you visit, let our Member Services staff know your email address, so they can set you up with an online account, and send you an email with login credentials. Browse our menu and add items to your online Shopping Cart. Click on Checkout when you’re finished shopping. We’ll send you an email telling you when your order is ready for pickup or when it has gone out for delivery to you. It generally takes us about 60 minutes to fulfill your order. And it can take up to 3 hours to be delivered. It’s that easy!

Please note that we do not provide mail order service.

Order Online for In-store Pickup

Once you add your products to your online shopping cart, simply choose the Pre-order option.We will send you a confirmation email once your order is filled and ready for pickup. We will hold your order for 24 hours. This time can be extended if you email [email protected] assured parking at the center is plentiful, with over 30 private spaces and two designated handicapped spots. We are an A.D.A. certified facility. In addition, there is plenty of street parking

Order online for Delivery

Once you add your products to your online shopping cart, simply choose the Delivery option.You will simply need to fill in your address, phone number and preferred method of payment.We we will call you as soon as your order is packaged and ready for delivery.We will just need to confirm the delivery address.


People often mix up "Wishlist" and "Email me when this product is back in stock". These are two separate features of our website. Let's talk about Wishlist first. On the detail page of every product there is a green "Add to my Wishlist" link. Click on it to add your desired product to your Wishlist in the "MY ACCOUNT" section of the website. The product will stay on your Wishlist until you order it. Note that by clicking this link, you will not automatically be signed up to get a stock alert You will just have the product saved in a "Wishlist". If you want a stock alert on the product you saved to your "Wishlist", you need to click on the "Email me stock alerts" link on your Wishlist page. You can access your Wishlist by signing in, and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link found at the very top right side of our website.




Out of Stock Product Alerts

When you search for a product, and find that it is out of stock, there is a green link on the detail page for that product that allows you to sign up for stock alerts. When you click this link, you will receive an email from us when the product is back in stock. Just look for the link that says "Email me when this product is back in stock". However, note that by clicking it, you will not see the product in your "Wishlist". Wishlist is a separate feature of our website that you read about above.

Promo Codes

Be sure to check our Coupons page, before you pre-order to see some of the great deals we are running. Some coupons have a promo code which you can apply directly to your shopping cart before you place your pre-order. Other coupons do not have promo codes, and must be mentioned in-store to redeem.
