There are three ways to enter:
Purchase: Each purchase made with proof of a valid college ID at Elemental Wellness Center during the Promotion Period earns 10 entries.
Free Alternative: Follow @Elementalwellnesscenter on Instagram during the Promotion Period and you will receive 10 entries.
Free Alternative (No Social Media): To enter without purchase or social media, mail a 3×5 card with your name, address, phone number, and email to 985 Timothy Drive, San Jose, Ca 95133 during the Promotion Period. Each valid card equals 10 entries.
Equal Treatment:
All entries, regardless of entry method, have an equal chance of winning. Limit 1 entry per person per day.
Announcing the Winner:
The winner will be contacted on September 21st, 2025 between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Failure to respond within the timeframe will forfeit their winning and a new winner will be selected. Winners must provide full name and valid phone number for tickets to be claimed at will call.
