How to Order

 Want to avoid waiting in line? Elemental Wellness invites you to choose your medicine from the privacy of your own home with our easy to use website. To place a Delivery Order you must be a registered member. Don’t have an account? Sign up here. 


Here’s how it works:

1)      Login into your account and proceed to our menu to browse our product offerings.

2)      After adding the desired items to your shopping cart click on the green “Checkout” button to review and submit your order. Be sure to select “Delivery” before pressing the “Complete” button.

3)      Once you have submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation email.

4)      Another email will be sent when your order is ready for delivery and will contain instructions regarding the next step.

5)  You will receive a call/text to schedule a delivery. Please allow up to 1 hour for a fulfillment email and up to 3 hours for a delivery dispatch call (during normal business hours).

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery hours are 11AM-10PM. Same day deliveries for orders placed by 7PM.
Is there a fee for delivery?

Members are never charged an extra fee for delivery - simply meet our minimum purchase required based on your location to qualify.
Where do you deliver?

We deliver as far north as Burlingame, and as far south as San Martin.
How much are taxes?

All members are charged a state excise tax of 15%, a 10% San Jose business tax, and a 9.25% Santa Clara County sales tax. Members posessing a state-issued MMJ recommendation are exempt from the County sales tax.
Can you deliver to public areas?

No, we cannot deliver to a public address - only private residences or places of work.
Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards (max $200 per charge), and debit cards with a chip.
Do you Have a Storefront?


We do have a brick-and-mortar location at 985 Timothy Drive, San Jose, CA, 95133.

 

What do I need to sign up for delivery? 

Simply send in a photo of your state-issued ID to  [email protected] You should receive a reply containing your username and password within two hours. It’s that easy!

 Do you have discounts?

We gladly offer a 15% discount to all military personnel (active/retired).

 All members 55 years or older receive a 10% wisdom discount.

 All members suffering from a disability receive a 10% discount on all orders as well.

 

 How long will it take to deliver?
 
It depends on the time of the day you schedule your order for and your location in relation to the Center. It can be as quick as 30 minutes for San Jose residents, or up to four hours for those in burlingame.
Do you have sales or promotions?

We run recurring specials and offer several holiday deals throughout the year. Our online menu is updated daily and will always reflect all of our current specials.

How much can I order at a time?

 

It’s dependent on whether you’re a medical or recreational member.

Recreational members can purchase up to 1 ounce of flower and 8000 mg of concentrates or edibles per day

Medical members can order up to 8 ounces of flower and concentrates per day.


Can I use my points? 

Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot use your points for delivery.  But don’t fret they still accumulate for when you come in to the store!
  Can you take order over the phone?

 
You’ll need to sign up to verify you possess a state-issued ID and are at least 21 years of age before any orders are placed

All orders are placed online using  our digital menu.

 Can I return product?

Generally, we don’t accept returns on products, though we’ll always work with members in-store who are experiencing manufacturer errors (e.g., leaky vaporizer cartridge).
