Return & Cartridge Exchange Policy
If you are experiencing issues with your cartridge and purchased it at the center, please bring it into the center within 14 days of purchase so that we may determine if it is eligible for exchange. If you purchased your cartridge through our Delivery service in the last 14 days, please hold onto the defective cartridge and contact our delivery department at 408-433-3344 x2 and we’ll help you resolve the issue,
More than 50% of the cartridge in question must be remaining for the cartridge to be eligible for a legal exchange.
Due to the highly subjective nature of the cannabis experience, we're unable to accept returns on products. Please thoroughly review your items before purchasing to ensure your order is correct (Excluding defective cartridges). If you experience issues with any defective products please call us at 408-433-3344 x2.
