If you are experiencing issues with your cartridge, please bring it into the center within 30 days of purchase so that we may determine if it is eligible for exchange. More than 50% of the product must be remaining for the cartridge to be eligible for replace



Due to the highly subjective nature of the cannabis experience, we're unable to accept returns on products. Please thoroughly review your cart before purchasing to ensure your order is correct.

In the rare case that a vaporizer cartridge is defective, please bring it back to the Center within 30 days of purchase so we may determine if it's eligible for an exchange. At least half of the oil in the cart must be remaining to qualify for return.
