Elemental’s expectations as a Member Services Associate, you will meet and exceed member and fellow employee expectations by demonstrating correct procedures when welcoming both new and returning members alike as well as demonstrating a high degree of teamwork with fellow employees. You will use a proper sequence of service techniques, be knowledgeable of the Member Services computer systems, including services offered to members. You will verify member identification and recommendation to ensure that complete and accurate information is inputted into their profile

Our Member Services Associates are responsible for providing a compassionate, quality, knowledgeable experience to all of our patients at the point of check-in. It is an entry level position within the growing medical cannabis industry. This position demands that any applicant be highly skilled in customer service and possess a passion and enthusiasm for the medical cannabis movement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be over 21 years old.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • Two years recent experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
  • Basic knowledge of medical cannabis.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Current medical cannabis recommendation from a licensed physician
  • Demonstrated passion for the medical cannabis movement.
